「香港赤柱廣場奔牛節09」彩繪牛展覽 (CowParade Hong Kong at Stanley Plaza 2009)
2009, the year of cow, will mark CowParade's first visit to Hong Kong. CowParade Hong Kong at Stanley Plaza 2009, from 14 February 2009 onwards, will feature five life-sized cows painted by top local artists and celebrities from the creative world, fashion design industry, cultural and media sectors and superstars. The five cows will be "on parade" along with 23 museum edition cows designed by artists around the world.
Some of the life-sized cows will be permanently displayed in Stanley Plaza, showing to locals and tourists alike the creativity and culture of the local community.
In accordance to the spirit of CowParade, the fund generated from the auction after the exhibition will be donated to Hong Kong Society for Education in Art.
